Rose Has Different Meanings

Rose is perhaps the most beautiful creation of nature. Rose comes in a variety of colors and has different meanings. A rose bouquet is the best gift you can give to your dear one. Nothing expresses your sentiments better than a rose bouquet as roses make bold and passionate statements. When in love, send a rose bouquet to that special person, roses say the things you have always wanted to but were not bold enough to say so. One look at the ravishing rose bouquet and that special person will understand your sentiments. For this reason a red rose bouquet is frequently sent on Valentine’s Day. You can also send a box of chocolates or a chocolate cake along with the rose bouquet to make your Valentine’s Day gift even better. Red rose bouquet can be sent on any occasion; no matter what the occasion is, red rose bouquet carries the message "you are always in my heart and my thoughts".

Normally in a husband-wife or boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, it is the male who gives roses to the wife or girlfriend. Since Jesus is considered the Bridegroom in His relationship with His church, it would thus be Jesus coming to us to give us the flowers. However, in this case, God may be going one step further in allowing this analogy to be made of His Son. While rose gold has already been declared a trend for spring and summer of 2011, bangles, dangling earrings, and chunky cuffs aren't the only place this precious metal is popping up. As in all varieties of gold, a gold's color is determined by the alloy used in production. Pure gold is naturally a dull yellow and is far too soft and malleable for use in jewelry. Thus all gold jewelry is an alloy of pure gold with other metals. The karat number, such as 14k or 18k, indicates the gold's purity, or the number of parts of pure gold relative to an alloy metal. A higher karat indicates a higher ratio of pure gold to alloy.

Roses are the traditional gift given on Valentines Day, but they're well-received any time of year. The color and type of rose does carry a meaning, though. Be aware of what you're giving: the color of a rose can have a very different meaning from what you intend. The rose garden found at Castle Hex in Belgium was the recipient of the World Federation of Roses Garden Award in 1997. Surrounding the castle is a French-style garden which contains species of roses that have been collected from around the world. You won't have to go very far to find silver roses; with just a few searches on the Internet, you will discover a whole host of sites catering to these hand-crafted creations. Silver roses are popular gifts throughout the year and for the discerning rose collector, they are a must have.
